Saugatuck was a favorite destination on a Sunday afternoon so one warm spring day, there we were at "Goose Point" in Saugatuck with a bag of stale bread for the geese. Our 2 year old daughter, Crystal, all dressed up in a frilly Easter dress plunked down on the curb to watch. Next thing, we knew, Crystal was eye to eye with a gigantic goose who was voraciously chomping on the hem of her dress. Grandpa rushed over and snatched her up in his arms to safety!
